Positive: Beautiful layout, large pool, ocean front views. Room - screened in lanai w/ lightweight outdoor furniture, smart bathroom design & clean soft linens.
Negative: 1. Conflicting information received regarding daily authorization fee $, upon check in we were told $150 for 3 days, then second desk staff member told us $350. 2. While we were in the process of moving rooms ( literally one door over) for an additional night stay the housekeeping staff came in & started throwing our food & items on the kitchen counter into the garbage - they also tried to take off with our bags of ice & begrudgingly gave them back when confronted. 3. The property needs more umbrellas & lounge chairs which should be guaranteed set up for guests by 9:30-10:00 AM - 5:30-6 PM, otherwise charging a daily/weekly rate for a service that can’t be used should be void. If the property is short staffed have a manager chip in or recruit from another department to meet the needs of your guests.
