Positive: The staff were amazing, we left our suitcase outside the rear of the property as was not put in the boot of the car. Luckily the staff noticed and kept to one side and informed me. Really appreciate this. The room was clean and comfy, had everything needed.

Positive: Location is easy to find and there is a parking just outside. The staff is responsive and polite. Good choice for overnight stay on a road trip.
Negative: I felt the smell of smoke inside the building. When we arrived the key locker was not working and it gave us the key to the wrong room. That room was not yet cleaned after previous guests and we were surprised to find a bed with sheets used by someone else. The staff was very polite and respectful and the manager came after my calls and messages in several minutes and gave us another key from the correct room.

Negative: The socket in the wall for the wires was half broken which was kind of scary, especially if you need to plug in wires. There was no soap to wash your hands which I didn’t like…. I have never seen no soap in a hotel. The shampoo was very little without body wash It was also not particularly clean, the night desk was full of dust

Positive: Large room, fairly comfortable beds.
Negative: We had to scrape the calc off the shower head to allow some water to flow through, the curtain rod kept falling off and the staff was not overly understanding of the fact that people’s plans may change.
Summary: Decent apartment for a one night stay.

Positive: The hotel is near the highway, so for us it was perfect location (we had to detour only a few minutes from our journey) and it was perfect also because there was no time limit for check-in, as it is a self check-in. Free parking is available on the property. The room was simple but clean, the bed very comfortable, the toilet and shower working properly. There was a TV but we didn't use it. We used the free wi-fi though, and it worked well. It was nothing fancy, but clean and in good working order. There was no visible staff on the site, but we had a Whatsapp number we called a couple of times to ask questions and they always answered promptly in polite and helpful way. Just a note, as this is self check-in you will need to send your details (or a photo of ID card) to their whatsapp or email, and also pay the 2CHF tourist tax (per person) through a Stripe link.
