Positive: I had a really nice stopover here. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms feel brand new. I arrived in the evening, after a busy Easter lunch service, with guests still lingering. Although the restaurant was due to close, the team still went out of their way to prepare dinner for me. It was brought to my room, and I had it on my large private terrace overlooking the hills. A special mention to Marina at check-in and at breakfast, who was warm and welcoming. The setting is beautiful. The view looks across olive tree-covered hills, with the village of Civitanova Marche in the distance and snow-covered mountains behind. On the other side of the road, you can see the sea in the distance. The surrounding countryside is great for walks, especially with a dog. Overall, a well-run place in a great location with thoughtful service. I would happily come back.

Positive: Nice breakfast and the lady preparing it always smiling and servicable. BÊxcellent cleaning and the cleaning lady always available, smiling and helpfull.

Negative: Unfortunetly besides above smiling and agreable staff, everybody else working there need to be a little more smiling & friendly. It is sad for a beautifull place like this to have an unfriendly service. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel and you need to pay extra for it. It is also open to outside guests and children open air colonies. The day we went and the moment we arrived and paid, one of the kids "releaved himself" in the pool and so we have been asked to get out in order to clean it. We did not want to wait or to reenter to a pool with fisies and asked to be reimbursed (8Euros) but the staff told us that it was not their mistake. Not very customer oriented action! Too bad because the hotel position and everything else are fabulous.

Summary: Many good and a few bad surprises.

Positive: From the very friendly welcome to the handshakes as we left it was a great stay. The room was large and the balcony could have held 30 people at least. The views were stunning as well. Dinner was excellent , nothing fancy pizza being prepared in full view on one side of the kitchen and the remaining dishes on the menu on the other. The night was quite and we slept without interruption. Breakfast can be taken in the room or back in the restaurant. The lady spoke I’m not sure how many languages and talked to everyone in their own language while we helped ourselves to the large buffet . We were sorry to be leaving that morning . What a place what a team running it.

Negative: This is no complaint but merely a fun thought . Whilst obviously Casa Blanca is White House in Italian , it might be fun perhaps in the bar area to make some reference to that other great Casablanca one of the greatest movies ever with Humphrey Boggart and Ingrid Bergman in the lead roles.

Summary: What a find and in the words of Boggart in the movie . This could be the start of a beautiful friendship.

Positive: This is a great place to stay for a stopover/stay out of season - in season ( June - Mid Sept ) the dominant factor is the Swimming Pool (and Restaurant) - Restaurant was very active when we stayed , which was great for us and so we enjoyed a good meal . Luckily being very cold and early October , swimming pool was out of action. Apart from that I think the rooms or " Hotel " part of the establishment a bit neglected , check in was OK but clear that concentration was on the Restaurant which was fair enough..Anyway the most amazing thing was them serving breakfast in the Room at 9.45 , which we never experienced before in Italy where Breakfast is included . And the Breakfast was really good with Scrambled eggs , toast , Croissants everything we ordered . Room was also very pleasant with 2 Single beds as requested and enormous balcony with a super view of Civitanova Marche . If in the Marche out of season definetely will return here . !!

Negative: No plastic cups or glasses provided in the room nor free water and coffee machine didnt work . Automatic lights in the bathroom a bit off putting and a bit over the top from the Eco point of view .
