Positive: The view was amazing, practically on the beach - also a good area to walk for necessities. Has all of the amenities you could need for cooking. The pool is HUGE and was always empty when I was there - also open until 11pm. Great place to stay for a couple.
Negative: The bathroom was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. I did not like the black bath towels. There was no fitted sheet on the bed... and the comforter was black.

Positive: The property itself was clean and had no concerns. The specific room that we stayed in was not clean. The TV didn’t work the first two days, there was mold in the bathroom, there was trash behind the nightstand.
Negative: The room needed to be updated and cleaned. There was also no soap in the bathroom upon arrival so we had to purchase that.
Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. T

Positive: The location was great. It was beach front. Probably, if it was that outdated and in bad shape, it would most likely be a great place to stay. The staff was nice.
Negative: The building is very outdated, and the facility is in bad shape. Our room was outdated as well, nothing like what you see in the pictures. Our sofa bed was bent in the middle, so the top was useless. No one was able to sleep on the top part. It had a pullout out at the bottom, so we were only able to use the bottom bed. Most people live there permanently. Only a few rooms are rented for people that go there on vacation. I'll say 90 percent of the people we came across were very rude, not friendly, not a good morning or nothing. Wifi was useless and didn't work unless you were in the lobby. We had no other option but to stay there since they had no refund policy.

Positive: Location, in front of the beach and close to Publix, the view from the apartment
Negative: We went to the pool 4 days, in 2 days we found 2 groups of people with loud music (big speakers), coolers with alcohol, people smoking in areas that were not defined to. I went to security and they did nothing, they went deaf and blind when coming to the pool to check the situation... Even though it was clearly written in the rules of the pool. You better define is not a place for a family stay with children or people that are looking for a break...
