Positive: Room was very clean and organized, staff was very friendly over the phone, never actually met them in person.

Negative: Listing needs updated no ac or satellite tv, room has Amazon streaming tv but internet was so slow everything buffered. Hot water didn’t last long, was very hot to start and by the end of the shower it was ice cold not sure why or if other people were in the shower at the same time

Positive: We were expecting a standard roadside motel and were delighted at how clean, safe, comfortable and quiet the Cascade Motel was. It turned out that we were going to arrive quite a bit later than expected and I was very surprised and pleased that the Motel staff called to give us directions to our room and where to park since our room was on the back side of the motel. We had received a text the day before with our room number and how to get the room key. Since we arrived so late it was so nice to go straight to our room. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear any of the highway noise. We also were able to get a pet free room as requested so I didn't wake up all stuffed up. The room appeared to be recently remodeled and had attractive and functional furnishings. The bathroom was spotless. Although we were just passing through on this trip, it was such a nice place and in a good location that we are planning to come back this summer and stay for several days.
