- We are very serious about registering the proper number of guests on Vrbo's platform, unregistered guests will be not allowed to stay. We keep the right to check the number of guests staying in our house if needed. We have a security camera system to control this. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time. But we will open the bedroom based on the number of guests you registered on Vrbo.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Summary: This place was clean and spacious. However we had 10 people with us and there were only 8 plates available in the house. There were also a limited number of utensils and minimal cooking equipment. 3 of the 5 stove burners did not work. The place was convenient to the bus and a short walk to the train. Would stay again.

Summary: Family of 5 in Boston for a family funeral. The apartment is extremely clean and you have everything you need for bath and kitchen supplies. Air conditioning works great. This is a third floor property so you need to be able to climb stairs. The mattresses aren’t that comfortable as they have coils that can poke into you. Need to plan adequate travel time in and out of downtown Boston if you have a time specific event to attend. Parking on site was a bonus and the neighborhood is very quiet. Jenny was a great hostess and our communication before and during was timely and also met our needs.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen window is amazing! Very convenient location. We were able to walk for groceries, dining and entertainment. Would definitely recommend. It was spacious and very cozy.

Summary: We loved the stay. There were enough room for my thirteen coworkers and myself. It was spacious, and Jenny was easy to gain contact with! The property was clean as well! Can't wait to stay again.

Summary: Had family gathering in prime location to Uber to downtown Boston, JFK library and the Seaport area. Apartment is very clean and worked for our party of 7 well. Host message states that they open the rooms by number in your party. Two rooms accommodate 2 people each and two have bed space for 5 each. So just make sure that you let host know if you expect all four rooms to be available and open. Host was great to contact and communicate with and did quickly get me the info to open the fourth room for our party of 7. Very happy with clean environment and safe neighborhood. Grocery store close by and never waited longer than 10 minutes for Ubers. This is a third floor apartment with step narrow stairs that can be hard for an older adult to climb. Overall very happy with this VRBO and would return.
