Negative: When I arrived, I was asked if I had paid for the night in advance. I did not, so I paid in cash. After a few days, booking.com took the money from my bank account. So in fact I paid double. I contacted booking.com and also the hotel, but did not get an answer. I am very angry about this behaviour!!!

Positive: Good location, easy walk to the beach which appears unappealing compared to the national park, but it's actually beautiful; warm and clean. It's good to play with kids and have a sunbath. The hotel 's pool is decent,so we also had some splashing there too. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is okay.

Negative: The hotel doesn't deserve 4* . I think if you ignore the star rating and lower your expectations than it's a good value 2-3 * hotel and you would leave happy. Rooms were small but okay. Beds were clean and reasonable. Overall it needs updating. We also had one day of no hot water but the staff were helpful to address the issue and the rest of our stay was not problematic.
