Ground floor: As soon as you enter you will find a cozy living area, furnished with: sofa, tv, fireplace, air conditioning and a dining table for 4 people. Next there is a small kitchen, equipped with: dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stove and refrigerator.
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a single bed + a pull-out bed.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (180.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
