Positive: Location as I was in town visiting family in Waiuku

Negative: Rooms are very tired. On arrival no one has sorted port a cot. Also no one told me the in room phones do not work, so I physically had to drive to the office to get someone to sort the port a cot. Staff on site that came to the villa were unprofessional and did not wear a uniform clearly identifying that they were a member of staff. The two times he came to the villa he was very untidy and abrupt.

Positive: The location is remote, right at the ocean. Pretty awesome. Very comfortable. The food at the restaurant (both dinner as well as breakfast) was really good.

Negative: The way to the room was a little too adventurous, don’t even want to know how the road would be in rainy weather. Even the drive with the golf buggy was a little unsafe at the first part from the parking lot to the better part of the road. Wish one voids just walk to the restaurant and didn’t have to walk up to the parking lot to the take the car.
