Positive: Castello beach hotel is a perfect location with a beautiful ocean-view setting to relax . The restaurants, spa, and overall facilities are exceptional. The food is outstanding, and Spa a must the staff are incredibly friendly, providing excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend it.

Positive: Location is nice, by the beach, nice swimming pool, parking places available as well as good massage. Rooms are cleaned daily. Garden is well maintained and stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good, with balcony and nice view on garden and bit of sea. People who write that there is actually no beach, should learn about high and low tides and nature. Ofc seasonally water may be high thus beach is disappearing and also seaweed may occur, but there is plenty of other beaches in the small island which are reachable.

Negative: Bathroom would need require restoration. Especially shower.

Summary: Nice stay with beautiful lagoon view and sunset spot!

Positive: Restaurant had good food and pretty views. Comfortable room and bed. Clean.

Negative: The location is not good. It is on the water but it’s rocky, so there’s no real beach and you can’t swim there. It is on the far opposite side of the island from all of the good beaches and swimming (30-40 min drive). They also host events at this property and if you’re unlucky enough to be there for one, there will be loud music all day long and the pool will be overcrowded and unusable.

Negative: Bed had saggy mattress They give a bottle of water on the first day of your stay but the water machine (condense from air) was ALWAYS empty. 1 machine for the entire hotel is clearly not enough. They sell it as 'green' as you reuse the plastic but it was just to make money as most people kept buying more plastic. Stingy

Negative: Not maintained property and not worth the ratings on booking.com - they made us wait for two hours to get our room. When we finally got our family room, noticed that sewage smell from bathroom was coming. When I complained, the manager of the property moved us to a smaller room for 1 night and upgraded us to half board package. The next day when another family room was available, they moved us to that room - property basically do not have an access to the beach, there was no shore, not sure if that’s the case always or due to high tide - me and my daughter got hurt in the swimming pool because of the strange steps they made in the pool. There are three steps to the pool, which is inside the water. However the third step has different measurements compared to other two steps. Also it has sharp tile edges. We were bleeding badly because of such unscientific pool they made - baby pool was very dirty, it’s not clean and we could see lot of dead bugs and dirt

Positive: The staff was very nice and friendly, they made sure we have everything we need. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, the room was always clean and comfortable, and we were close to Anse Georgette. Overall we loved our stay.
