Positive: The apartment has two rooms and a living room. It's very clean and includes parking nearby. The apartment is very well equipped, which is rare. The instructions and communication with the host (Sonia) are exemplary. Thank you, Sonia, for your contact and assistance.

Negative: Well, unfortunately I won't write anything here :) Everything is great, even the beds are large and comfortable :) I recommend it.

Positive: Sonia's place was a very nice surprise. We decided to spend a night in Leiria in our way to Porto to visit the Christmas market and what a lovely stay we had! Location is unbeatable, the apartment was much more spacious than I anticipated by seen the pictures (Sonia needs better pictures to portrait how beautiful her place is!). Kitchen was perfectly equipped - Sonia left water, milk and other essentials, so thoughtful!), bathroom was beautiful and comfortable, bedrooms were large. Communication was seamless and effective - Sonia even let us check out super late as there wasn't another guest coming in the next morning. The much needed parking space in downtown Leiria was a plus (very close to the building).

Negative: We had 2 minor issues - the second bedroom had no air conditioning/heating. We had to leave the door open to use the air conditioning in the living room, which wasn't ideal with a baby (we had trouble keeping her asleep). And the water tank wasn't large enough for 3 adults taking showers. We ran out of hot water after 2 showers and had to wait about an hour for hot water to come back. But these issues didn't detract from the pleasant stay we had.

Positive: The apartment is elegant and modern in a typical historic Portuguese residential apartment building. The host was wonderful - friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome and at home, even stocking the kitchen with food and drinks for us! The apartment has washing machine and dryer - very handy for a family on a longer vacation. The location is very central, easy short walk everywhere. Restaurants right on the same street as the apartment.

Negative: The aircon makes loud vibration noises from time to time

Positive: Right in the town centre steps away from plenty of shops and restaurants, walking distance to bus station and castle. Apartment has all the modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathroom, two spacious bedrooms. Although living room was small but cozy , there was a cute enclosed outdoor seating/ eating area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful, well-appointed apartment right in the middle of the historic center of Leiria. The host was incredibly generous with both her time and wig making guests feel as comfortable as possible. Certainly one of the best places we've ever stayed.

Negative: As it is in the center of town, the area is full of little cafes/bars that can occasionally get lively but it didn't particularly bother us.
