Positive: Lovely hotel in a wonderful restored convent. Lots of quiet spaces and good swimming pool.

Negative: Aspects of spa (Turkish baths) unavailable. Wedding party took away from the relaxed atmosphere, a little unpleasant having to trawl through hordes of people at front door and empty bottles and glasses strewn around the place.

Positive: Room was big and clean Bedroom was giant Facilities were very good The staff was very friendly and willing to hel The wellness area was fantastic.

Negative: Several plugs were not working, among them the TV plug so we were not able to enjoy the living room of the Junior Suite watching the TV.

Negative: After staying at Castilla Termal in Ribera (which was wonderful) we had high expectations which this one didn’t live up to. It feels like a normal average hotel once you are in and the service was not of the high calibre we experienced in Ribera. Eg Checking in was like any low to mid end hotel (compared to Ribera with glasses of cava while we checked in and very attentive staff). The room and the place is fine if you don’t have high end expectations.
