Positive: Hotel facilities, staff and comfort/quality. Great food and service too.
Negative: The wifi wasn't automatically available without requesting it via reception, but much more serious - it wasn't secure. I requested secure wifi via reception, but this was never changed. Not being able to work or carry out day to day banking etc 'online' in a 5 star Hotel is a real short-coming...

Positive: stunning Hotel, stunning location, exceptionally clean, good facilities (gym could be slightly better) all around fabulous hotel, very peaceful very quiet
Negative: There’s nothing not really like the gymnasium could be slightly better equipped other than that it’s a wonderful place

Positive: The overall quality of the hotel is excellent and the friendliness of the staff is first class! Quality of the breakfast is very good also. It was our second visit to the hotel and won't be our last.
Negative: We chose to eat inside after the first day as on the outside terraces you were constantly bothered by wasps and flies, despite the efforts of the staff bringing burning coffee to your table. This was a real shame as the views from the terraces are excellent!

Positive: The building is old Spain marble floors high ceilings and space. The room we had was in a newer part of the building but in character of the old. A beautiful room and bathroom. The bed and pillows ranks amongst the best I have slept in. The service was excellent everyone was so courteous and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like.
