Summary: Room 16 was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower pressure good HOWEVER, it needs attention. The window coverings are unattractive, outdated and let light in. Also, the furniture was old and dark. The tiles around the shower were chipped and cracked and the hand basin had deep scratches. The toiletries were very scant and basic- 2 little tubes of shampoo and 2 one inch square pieces of soap for 2 people for 2 nights. There were no face washers or hand towels. Also, the road noise was very loud, probably due to thin window glass

Summary: On arrival thought that this motel was alright and represented reasonable value. The room though in a dated complex was updated and comfortable. Then the neighbouring guest in room 6 checked in and switched on their air conditioner. The whole time it was on throughout the night it made a loud rattling noise right outside the front window of our room7. Not easy to sleep through. Then in the morning the neighbour had a long shower judging by the pipe water noise and whilst that was running we had no hot water at all. My wife got stuck with a cold shower as we had to check out by 10am. I don’t know what the other rooms are like but don’t stay in room 7. Was going to speak to reception about this but they were closed on check out. For what we paid I expected better.

Summary: The property was absolutely perfect was clean and perfect room with everything you could need just upset that the shower drainage was not working/ blocked and shower filled with water while using to ankle hight

Summary: Great location. Have stayed a few times before. Helpful staff. Very nice room. Best shower ever. Our only issue was with the heating. After discovering we had on wrong setting for warmth it was great until around 11 pm when we got back to the room (we never altered the settings on the remote} there was no heat again and we froze for the night. Bit warmer when we woke up. Possibly on a timer?
