Negative: Had lots of trouble getting taxis up there. Not the property's fault. Needed hand towels in the bathroom.

Positive: Great location to view Castle Dover. The master bedroom had the best spot as the bed was overlooking the castle. Beds and beddings were comfortableโ€ฆI was able to sleep well. All the essentials in the kitchen were available.
Negative: Wi-Fi speeds were horribleโ€”less than 10Mbps down, and 0.10 mbps up, which is absolutely unacceptable in this digital age. The shower didnโ€™t have any ledges to place soap and shampoo requiring you to bend down to the floor constantly. Hot water in the shower sink never worked. No hand towels provided.

Positive: Great place to stay, with lovely view of Dover Castle and the sea. Very clean and spacious property, with a well equipped kitchen. Check-in instructions were very clear and there was no hassle with getting into the property. Highly recommend.

Positive: The property itself is incredibly spacious, and really nicely decorated. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc. as well as other thoughtful touches such as plasters and matches. There were lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and little local guides and lots of space and room.
Negative: There was only one issue really, and that was the lack of plug sockets in the bedroom - there were some which were behind furniture and difficult to access and too far away from the mirror. It would have been good to have had an accessible socket for hairdryer/straighteners. But this is only a very minor quibble.
Summary: Really good value gem of a property, in a central location with fabulous views from both aspects.
