Summary: Resort in very nice, staff is friendly. room is tiny, uncomfortable bed, missing things like garbage can, face cloth. Bath/ shower is old and hard to get in and out. Grounds are well kept. A little pricey for what we got

Summary: We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds

Summary: Completely out dated bathroom. In need of serious renovation. Not good enough at all for a 4 star hotel and the price we paid. No air con or bathroom fan either.

Summary: The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The WIFI was unstable (they said they were having problems with this). It is a very convenient location for Killarney!

Summary: Nice property but had the same menu for lunch and dinner. With dinner could never get more than one cocktail because servers never came to table. Also no breakfast or coffee is available.

Summary: Lovely hotel with great views from the bar and restaurant. Room was lovely and clean but absolutely roasting hot. Staff really make the hotel, all staff from reception, bar, waiting and cleaners were so friendly and made the stay enjoyable.
