Summary: I think this is a great Hidden Gem experience. It's not for everybody, but if you like a good value, atmosphere that is unique, good people watching opportunities, this is a great place to stop by. The staff is very friendly and it's generally a one-of-a-kind place.

Summary: Hidden Gem. We did a last minute reservation and the place was 100 times better than we could have hope. She customer service 10 out of 10. The girl that checked us in was extra nice. We got a 2 bed and the room was huge, the tub fits 2 full grown ups comfortably

Summary: Very nice place to stay and very quiet. Adequate parking and not far from downtown Austin (about 2 miles). I was unable to get my shower to function properly. It might have been me but ?.

Summary: Pool was not open. My dead bolt didnt lock. The toilet didnt refill on its own. The back parking lot was drug dealer central at 1030 - 11 pm. The grounds around the area were not kept..

Summary: I was not sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews,so I wanted to be able to see for myself.I had a really great time and the hotel actually turned out to be a nice quiet comfortable place to stay.The staff was great they were super friendly and welcoming.They have security there day and night so I felt safe.When I checked in the lobby looked and smelled really clean and so did my room.The room was really big and the bed was comfortable.I loved the tub and the walk in shower it had 2 shower heads one on the ceiling and one on the wall.Most hotels have small tubs but this one was really big so I was able to soak and relax in a hot bubble bath.My room also looked like it had recently been painted so that was nice.It looked like they were doing some repairs around the hotel as well fixing it up.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway at a good price.When I come back to Austin I will be staying here again.

Summary: The hotel is an older property that has been maintained adequately though it could use a fresh coat of paint in places. The main advantage is that the rooms are large and the walls are thick, making for a quiet experience. The location is good though entrance to the property is from a single, easy to miss driveway off a one-way feeder road; you have to keep your eyes peeled, otherwise it can take a while to get back there.

Summary: You can’t beat the location: just off I35 south of downtown. This is a FUNKY hotel—definitely different from your cookie cutter Hiltons and Marriott’s. It is a little shabby and spare: scratches and dings, holes in the walls. The bathroom was AWESOME: huge tub and a whole room shower with rainfall and regular head! Oddly, the bathroom has a window that looks into the bedroom. You can sit in the tub and watch tv! Someone can sit on the bed and watch you shower! The toilet is around the corner, so I guess that’s ok, but I’m glad it was just me in the room. I think a bit of spackle and paint, some new comforters and a big area rug would be all this place needs to be a cozy gem. The price was lowest I could find without being 30 miles from downtown. If you’re on a budget and like a cool vibe, I would def recommend.

Summary: My first impression was what the heck this isn't what i booked. There were several shady looking people checking out and i was just sure i was going to not enjoy my stay BUT with that said, after the initial check in, things went much better. The bed was soft, the jacuzzi tub was amazing and it was really pretty quiet during my stay. I would probably stay here again despite there being a ton of needed maintenance to the facility.
