Positive: Lovely, clean place, in a great location almost exactly between the main area in Santa Catalina with grocery shops/pharmacy and the main beach (Playa Estero). Juan made sure we were taken care of and helped us out with everything from recommendations, to renting bicycles (which they have at the property), washing clothes etc. Apart from being available at the reception he was also super responsive via WhatsApp which we really appreciate. Thank you!

Negative: You could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent accommodation, even just as they moved around you could hear the creaking from their bedroom floor. The people next to us were a bit loud late at night but thankfully when we complained to Juan he asked them to turn off their music and keep the volume down, which they agreed to do. That was our only complaint which was handled greatly so we really appreciate it!

Positive: Air conditions , clothes line Emiliano did a great job … clean towels, a room clean and sheets. During our stay Thanks Emiliano. Juan was available o add a few extra kitchen components .

Negative: Paper thin walls between apartments we can hear TV, talking and any other noise. …

Summary: Glad the location as away from main area.. easy walking to the Italian Lady for great bread, and the surf beach for walk

Positive: Location, close to the beach and to the center of the town. The swimming pool is tiny, but you'd probably use is for relaxing in your room after coming back from the beach to sit in and have a Margarita.

Negative: room was very small, and the bathroom was shared which we didn't like.
