Positive: Everything. House was well equipped and the rental company was extremely helpful. Location was great and the fact that you had your own golf cart to use was a great benefit.

Positive: Very close to the ferry and the restaurants/shops. Having the golf cart was great since you can’t rent carts for more than 2 hours. The hot tub was also a huge hit!
Negative: Nothing, it was great!

Positive: There was a lot of space and we were able to find our own personal spots. The patio is great and gives an extension of space.
Negative: The location was up a steep hill, but the golf cart helped assist with getting to and from our adventures.

Positive: I stayed for two nights for my birthday. Hands down the best features were the golf cart and the hot tub. Everything was great, the beds were super comfortable. TVs are in every room. If you were to rent a golf cart on your own they charge $60 per hour and you have to return it at the end of the hour or day, so being mobile on the island was a fantastic feature.
Negative: Unfortunately in Catalina all the houses are very close together. I’m told this is usually a very quiet neighborhood. It just so happens that on the weekend we booked this property , a young group of party goers booked the property right next to us. It was so loud and you could hear their conversations like it was in our room. I will say the owner was available and he handled the situation for us.

Positive: We traveled with my disabled elderly parents and this house was easy for them to maneuver. It was my moms bday and Catalina was on her bucket list. Having the golf cart here was fantastic!! There’s no way they’d be able to climb the hill to get to the house. We could tell the owners thought out a stay here and what would be needed! We absolutely loved loved staying here!! Thank you!!
