Summary: The property Manager Hazel was wonderful to deal with. She was very friendly and helpful. The only issue that’s preventing us from rating the property 5star is the kitchen is poorly equipped for preparing dinner at home. Also the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall the property is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view.

Summary: No one communicates through the Vrbo app. You have to call directly to speak to the property manager. There were no check-in instructions sent despite my numerous requests. I had to call and was told that someone would meet me at the property. The condo was clean and comfortable. However, the toaster, microwave, oven and washing machine were inoperable. I did let the manager know right away, and nothing was fixed before my departure. The manager, Hazel, was very friendly and helpful, but was not the owner and I had to communicate all my concerns through her to the owner. I was told I would be given a credit and as of the date of this review, I have not received anything. It is a good 25 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants in town. Note there are a lot of steep portions on the walks. Taxis charge anywhere between 20-40 from the condo to grocery store/restaurants one way. It was disappointing that a lot of the amenities did not work as I would have booked in the future since I will be making additional trips.
