Comfy 3-guest (up to 5 with pullout sofas), 1-bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bath (rainwater shower) private cabin loaded with original details. Lots to do in the area: Bethel Woods shows & harvest festivals, sports, entertainment, fine dining, 1000's of acres of forest. From the giant Cherrywood barn beams, to the handcrafted tilework and master-craftsman cabinets and woodwork, to the Sealy Posturepedic beds, state-of-the art media center and HD flat screen TV. Snacks and refreshments included. Superfast WiFi. Free-parking, electric vehicle power (110v) and Tesla charger (additional $15). Our farm is green energy, with solar power and geothermal .

You won’t want to stay inside! Hike our private 183 acre nature preserve nestled on the side of a mountain, exploring three streams, golden meadows and serene private forest. Go trout fly-fishing in nearby Roscoe, NY, the “trout fishing capital of the world.” Or hike in nearby Crystal Lake, or in many nearby forest preserves and state forests. Take a farm and cheese-making tour across the road. Visit and attend world class concerts at Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts, just a few minutes away. Enjoy sports and recreation at several close resorts, cross-country skiing and sledding, and world-class cuisine at several nearby cafes and restaurants. This award-winning farm cottage has been fully renovated and restored to its original country grace, and it is waiting for your arrival. Our farm is green energy, with solar power and geothermal.

Other things to note:
The recently renovated suite is state-of-the-art ultra insulated, with very thick walls. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is electric baseboard heat with individual room controls.

Summary: Had the best experience staying here. Awesome set up in the basement that's extremely well done. Very close to Bethel and all back roads leaving. The caretaker was very helpful with finding places to eat and such. All in all, 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Plan on returning.

Summary: We came up for a Spartan race weekend and this was the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the views were stunning. Everything we needed was provided - 2 mini refrigerators, linens. coffee, tea - even a thoughtfully hand-drawn map of the property. Perfect size for just the two of us. Owner was very friendly and checked on us and had great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely return to this property again and recommend it to couples for a great stay.

Summary: This little cabin inside of a barn was a great spot for a quick country getaway. It is small and cozy, newly remodeled, very clean and perfect for a couple. Don't miss the excellent cat art on the living room wall, or the sunset from high up on the hill behind the cabin!
