Summary: Great location and Street in Parma. The beds were comfortable. The shower works well. We were hoping for a Nespresso coffee maker but they do have the traditional Italian stove top espresso. Which we did not care for but others might. Quiet area close to all major attractions. We were directed to a parking lot close by around the corner. Which was inexpensive. Massimilunio Was very responsive and helpful especially when we accidentally left the key inside. There was a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms when we first arrived. It did go away, dissipate after we left the fan on. But the apartment was interesting with lots of great artwork and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Great and spacious apartment. 10 minutes walk from train station. The host, Massimiliano met us in front of the apartment; explained the key and trash system; showed us around the apartment and which was his room as a youngster. All cute and appreciated. Many sleeping areas. We loved it. Parma is a unique city of 220,000. It pays to read about this city before coming. Parma is a meat eaters paradise. Not many basic Italian Pasta or gelato places in downtown. Great Procuito, Salami, and of course, Parmesan Cheese. Recommend Restoriante LaGreppia. Fantastic, and a few blocks from this apartment. LaGreppia has everything you might want to eat. Say hello to unsmiling Natale (but got him to smile on our last day). Summary: This property made us feel regal. It was obvious that Masimilliano loves this home and takes great care of it. The building was great, and the apartment stunning. He was there when we arrived and went through everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Totally recommended for a great stay in Parma.

Summary: The photographs don't quite do this property justice. It is stunningly lovely and very spacious. Massimiliano was a most gracious host who made sure we had all we needed. The apartment is well stocked with all the amenities, and it is located within a short distance of both the train station and the sites for Parma. My only regret is we were not able to stay longer.

Summary: The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Wonderful location in heart of historic Parma Comfortable king size bed. But I didn’t read carefully and this is a second floor unit, which Europeans call 1st floor, without an elevator. Thanks to massimo for helping us with our luggage! And the apartment is not air conditioned. It has been in the upper 80s (28-30 celsius) this May and June, but we were fortunate that between fans and open windows at night the apartment was comfortable.

Summary: Massimiliano was easy to reach and met us at the property. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was close to a Farnese Palace, and our host recommended several location restaurants. Summary: Great location for traipsing around Parma and for catching a train to go to nearby Cremona or Modena. Fabulous old building but all the modern conveniences. Owner very pleasant and helpful . Highly recommended.

Summary: We arrived after a full day of travel from the States. Massimilio met us and walked us in, gave us a recommendation for dinner and was available for any questions with a rapid response. Unit is fully equipped and we cooked a fantastic meal and had all of the equipment and utensils.
