Summary: Our other VRBO time was up and my husband was hospitalized for five days! We needed a place to stay, so he could gain his strength back to fly back to Maryland. This lovely home and it’s helpful owner was an answer to our orayers!!!🙂 Thank you

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Cave Creek! Everything was just as promised in the listing and with the check-in process (which was very organized and made it simple). The owner was very prompt at responding with any questions that we had. The home had wonderful amenities and was extremely comfortable for our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic along with the patio area (which was ideal for sunsets!). We were very content to just stay and enjoy the property during our vacation - Cave Creek was only 5 minutes away and offered the full range of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Going to Scottsdale was just 30 minutes and was very easy to get to. We especially liked being so close to the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area just minutes from the property which offered several great trails to hike among the Saguaro and the beautiful flowers of the high desert. We highly recommend this listing and hope to enjoy it again in the future!

Summary: The property was lovely, both inside and out. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family which spanned from 3 months old to 86 years. The large en-suite rooms were spacious and private. The home was very clean. It had updated amenities and was well-stocked with paper goods, better than most. The outside was beautiful. The hot-tub and pool were clean and well maintained. The yard was spacious and beautifully landscaped. There was a nice grassy yard for the 2 year old to play. The home is very close to Cave Creek with dining and activities. Cons: Although the owner was responsive to communications, he wasn't helpful or friendly. We noticed camera-monitoring technology both inside and outside the home. We paid to have the pool heated for the week, which was controlled through an app. The owner capped the max temp at 80 degrees which with the cool AZ temps, rendered the pool too chilly to swim in. We did enjoy the hot tub until it malfunctioned (no longer filled with water) 4 days into the trip. It was finally repaired the morning of our departure. It was disappointing to be unable to use the water features since this was a big factor in our selection of the home for our vacation.

Summary: This is a wonderful 4 bedroom property that is on a beautiful large lot with an excellent outdoor living space. The views of the mountains are beautiful and the amenities are terrific. The house has great wide open living space and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. I don't think the pictures actually do it justice, it's much bigger than it looks. The pool and the slide are bigger than it looks and my kids just loved it (we did too). The location is just a few minutes from downtown cave creek with numerous restaurant and nightlife options. There are excellent grocery stores all within a 10-15 minute drive. Sky Harbor is about 45 minutes away and yet you feel very remote. The area is surrounded by ranches and horse stables and is relatively quiet. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner was quick to respond to any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation home!

Summary: We stay in the Cavecreek/Carefree area every early calendar year. We have been fortunate to always have great properties and this year was no exception. Our group of 3 married couples found this home to have absolutely everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. The home is quiet, private, on a very large lot (meaning no close neighbors), with an amazing outdoor area. The pool and spa were great, as was the landscaping. The interior was every bit as good as the outside. It was spacious and our rooms were all quiet. We never felt crowded and you could easily have a family there and yet have plenty of space and privacy. Checking in and out was simple and efficient. Brad, the home owner, was quick to answer any questions we had as was his team at his Cavecreek office. We were very appreciative of the abundance of towels (by far more towels than any home we have ever stayed in, so we did not have to keep doing laundry when in the pool or spa. We highly recommend this home!!!

Summary: This is a wonderful property and would recommend staying here if you are looking for a home in the Cave Creek area. Very relaxing environment and the location is great for hiking, horseback riding, golf and all the surrounding area has to offer. Owner and local manager were wonderful to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. If you are looking for a home to stay in Cave Creek, definitely consider this property.
