Positive: The house was sufficient with sufficient living spaces for our family. Unit was still new and very clean. The resort is spacious with breathtaking views of Drakensberg and the Valley. Clean and neat facilities. Good play areas for children.
Negative: A lady at reception looked rather tired and seemed irritated with us and our requests - not made for hospitality. The other ladies were rather spectacular and friendly. Spa facilities were average, service was great. Restaurant service was slow and okay, food was average. Cleaning staff were great. Paying for resort entertainment and amneties. Adventure zone down in the valley is boring and children under 12 are refused quad biking with parents for a so called family resort.

Positive: The location, views, accommodation & facilities were great. There was sufficient catering equipment. The fireplace and heated pool was a huge bonus during the winter.
Negative: The property should have more heating facilities like central heating, heated blankets. The small heaters placed in the bedrooms are not sufficient to warm the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fire place is good for the common areas. Some of the activities are expensive, like paddle.
Summary: We enjoyed it and will definitely return.

Positive: Our trip was amazing at the resort. The cleanliness and well maintained resort was spectacular. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the special touch and effort they provided was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Negative: The restaurant needs an upgrade and definitely a bar setup to compliment the resort. The food is average and needs a wider variety on the menu.
