Positive: The hosts were very responsive and helpful, both before and during the booking. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent.
Negative: As others have warned, the stairs are steep and narrow. Tall people can easily bump their heads on the stairs and in the bedroom - we did several times. The sofa is comfortable as a sleeper, but less so for sitting. The dishwasher door is missing a spring and it flops down hard.
Summary: A nice apartment in a great location.

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view, layout, and overall vibe were fantastic—it's clear the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming environment. We wanted to get into the property an hour earlier at 2 pm, and the hosts were accommodating about setting up an additional payment so we could enter one hour before check-in.
Negative: Just a couple of small things to note: there are two flights upstairs leading up to the penthouse that are quite narrow and steep, which may be a challenge for some guests or those with heavy luggage. Parking on the street was limited and required some patience. While many people love memory foam beds, they are not our favorite, but we managed.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We were 3, with our daughter sleeping on the living room couch. It was plenty of space for us. The view was great. The place was very well taken care of, very comfortable.
Negative: Not a complaint, just an observation. The stairs up to the apartment were very steep, and you have to walk 2 floors up. As long as that doesn't bother you, this place is great!
