CC's Cottage is the ideal location for friends, family or colleagues to spend quality time together all year round.
This property is conveniently located just a few minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park and all of the popular destinations in Picton.
With plenty of space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, groups can comfortably get together and have room to spread out. And did we mention there is an indoor heated pool and games room?
CC's Cottage is a 3400sqft property with a large, open concept kitchen and dining area, a secondary dining room, a large living room, secondary seating areas and a billiards room. Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms, two of which are across the hall from the main 3-piece bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite 3-piece bathroom with a shower and tub. The 4th bedroom is off of the living room facing the backyard. All bedrooms have access to deck space to enjoy your morning coffee.
The indoor, heated pool can be accessed through a door off of the living room or through a patio door to the backyard. It is in it's own secure room.
Outside you will find a large front yard and backyard with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and covered parking.

Summary: This cottage in Prince Edward County had some great attractions but a few setbacks put a damper on our overall experience. The Pros: We were able to enjoy the entire place to ourselves with no disruptions from the host or neighbours. There was adequate space with enough rooms/beds as advertised. The billiards table was a great source of entertainment and the kitchen/dining area was quite spacious and ended up being where we spent most of our time. An additional bonus was the laundry room which allowed us to wash and dry some clothes during our stay. Lastly, the host was very kind and communicative anytime we needed anything which was highly appreciated! The Cons: The biggest drawback of our experience was the temperature of the pool. Simply put, it was way too cold to swim in. We contacted the host/property manager and they were very kind and responsive but ultimately we weren’t able to increase the temperature to one that was warm enough to actually swim in. We ended up using the pool maybe twice total for no more than 5-10 minutes… and it was only 1 of the individuals in our party who could bear it. This was a big disappointment as the pool was the main reason we chose this property. Without the ability to use it, the overall value of our stay was not worth the price. Additionally, the condition of the space was poorer than the photos would indicate. Although a number of areas had been renovated, the overall atmosphere felt incomplete, especially the main washr…

Summary: Our group of 8 (4 couples) head to PEC once every summer for an annual getaway - this was our first time staying at ‘CC’s Cottage’ and it was such a treat! The space is super spacious with a large kitchen that was great for cooking big family meals, and a huge outdoor space in the backyard where we enjoyed BBQing, having dinner outside, and having a big fire at night. There’s also a nice outdoor space out front, so many places to either gather, or find some alone time if/when needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the furniture and decor, which is lovely, and the beds were really comfy! So was the big couch in the TV room (comfiest couch ever) if you want to wind down with a little movie night. The location was great, right by Sandbanks park (which vehicle permits were provided for, so you can visit for free, just pre-register online!) and about a 10 minute drive to Picton. We loved visiting the farmers market in Picton Sunday morning! There are some other great fresh produce stands and farmers markets nearby as well. The indoor pool was an added bonus and it was a great temperature for us to splash around in after a big day at the wineries, which are about 25-30 mins away depending on which ones you’re visiting, but it’s a beautiful drive! We also played some pool - you could never get bored here! Finally, we really appreciated how caring, responsive, and accommodating Marcy was throughout our entire stay. You can tell she truly cares :) thank you!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Marcy’s place. The check in process was really easy. The place was clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, we used the bbq and fire pit. We were so close to Sandbanks and could access it easily. Summary: We stayed with our friends and family of young children. CC’s cottage is absolutely stunning with much to do. Outdoor space is large and open, pool is the perfect size with a shallow step area for young children, the home is well decorated and equipped so you don’t need to bring much. Marcy was a delightful host answering any questions we had prior and during the trip. Our only wishes were that the main shower would have also been redone and the pool was a touch warmer for our infant. The location is perfect as it is close to Main Street with shops and restaurants, wine country and grocery stores. We’ve been home only a couple of hours and the family is asking when we can go back. Thank you Marcy for a delightful vacation. We hope you’ll have us back again soon!

Summary: This place was perfect for a family with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the pool! We recommend this place for families or for small groups. The place was beautiful and the host was very responsive. Great place to stay

Summary: This was the perfect winter getaway. The pool was warm and it was amazing to look out at the snow while splashing around. Marcy was super responsive with answers to the few questions I had. The kitchen is beautiful, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Lots of conservation areas for nice walks within a 15 minute drive--but also who needs to go out when you can stay in and swim? Overall, this was a great trip. We'd definitely come back!
