Summary: Great VRBO. Right next to university and to downtown Ann Abror. Clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Manager/owner is very responsive and helpful in the event there are any issues. Would highly recommend staying at the Garden Flat for a visit to the University of Michigan.

Summary: This was the perfect location for our weekend stay in Michigan. The walkability helped a lot since we didn't have a car. The parking space that is included will make it super convenient for those that do have a car. The host was very accommodating and communicative, which I really appreciated.

Summary: Incredible location right in the middle of Ann Arbor, a stones throw from campus. The place was clean, safe, and had all the standard amenities. The owner is very easy to communicate with, although we didn’t need to reach out much as the place was perfect.
