Positive: Cute, cozy and close to downtown! It had everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen had everything if you want to cook and stay in for the night, there’s a washer and dryer and a bike shed to store your bikes, a cute patio out back with a seating area. The host even had a shelf of toiletries in the bathroom that you may have forgotten to pack. She’s just very thoughtful with the things provided to make sure you have the best stay possible. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Hot Springs! It’s really the perfect location!

Positive: Great access to downtown and any of the hiking options. Perfect closed garage to park your bikes if you bring them. Pretty easy drive to get to the lakes and use everything in that area.

Positive: Location, amenities provided, and size were perfect. If we had intended to cook any meals during our four day stay, everything we would have needed was there. Snacks, coffee/tea provided were much appreciated. We will miss the deer family that lives across the road!
Negative: The one minus was the uncomfortable couch, which the rain caused us to use more than we had intended.

Negative: The bathtub has been replaced with a shower, not a big deal just not what we were expecting but the host compensated us for the confusion which was very appreciated.
