Summary: Place looks dsted but was a nice place to stay. Low rating because of front desk staff. First impressions set the tone for the stay. 2 staff at the desk upon arrival but only one could provide any help while the other continued to work on computer. Extended stay for a second night shortly after arrival. That seemed to be a bigger deal than I would have thought. Never mentioned that we would need to come back to desk to get a new key for the same room for the next night. This time the lady didn't even acknowledge i was there till she finished on computer, then turned and went to back desk to get a drink and then was able to help me. Customer service did not seem to be a top priority for her. Get past the front desk and over all was a good stay.

Summary: Carpet had stains and burns but that was the only thing wrong with room. Breakfast. Says hot breakfast which was eggs and we think sausage cause it was empty for the 20 mins we sat waiting for them to fill it all back up but never came with more hot food so we left and ate somewhere else.

Summary: Room haven’t been really cleaned in awhile. Crumbs on the floor, soft spots, smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool didn’t work weekend We were there. Daughter did use the hot tub for a bit but her skin started burning from all the chlorine. Even after a shower you could still smell it on her. Most of the bath towels were worn. Would not stay again.

Summary: This hotel got as high as a 3 only because the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was not clean, we walked in and it was 91 degrees on a 70 dress degree day, and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t run it while trying to sleep. My husband’s words… it sounded like a dying walrus. I understand that the hotel is under new ownership recently and it may get better in the future. To anyone on a strict diet, the breakfast offered contained no protein at all on Friday morning. I admit we did not check the other mornings. There was a table on one side of the bed only. Since my husband and I both use CPAPs, this was less than ideal. One side of the bed had only one outlet available. We had to purchase an extension cord to charge my phone and use my CPAP. I will say the staff was helpful and came relatively quickly to fix the heat issue, but we would have like to sleep with the air on.

Summary: The pool was not working and looked dirty. The hot tub was working but looked dirty. Room- the carpet was very gross , wouldn’t take my shoes off and they didn’t clean out fridge, it had an exploded drink in it. Beds were comfy staff was great.

Summary: The room was excellent, my only complaint is that the free breakfast was a little skimpy. I would have liked to see more options than just one kind of bread. Perhaps some bagels or English muffins.
