Summary: Pool was cold enough our toddler’s teeth were chattering within 5 minutes, if that. Hot tub didn’t appear real clean. Rooms OK, outdated. Restaurant that opens at 7am for breakfast, wasn’t open by 7:25am, and there very clearly wasn’t even anyone setting up for the day, so they weren’t going to be open anytime soon. The “store” on-site doesn’t have drinks or water, and as the restaurant wasn’t open, can’t even get water without cash (exact change) for vending machine.

Summary: We sheltered for 2 nights until road conditions improved after a snow storm. The young man at the front desk was most helpful at check in, and the bartenders/servers were terrific. Food was great.

Summary: Getting the receipt for the stay was a hassle. The hotel refused to give one to me, and I had to contact Hotels.com to get it.

Summary: The rooms don't have all the current amenities (like chargers and easy plugs) but it was comfortable and the view outside was gorgeous. Sunrise was late and we were able to catch it and take a lovely walk. We saw lots of pets there. Most nearby restaurants won't deliver but the hotel restaurant food was decent. Seriously, though - the view. Amazing. Just don't get a room that overlooks the pool or you won't be able to see much of anything.

Summary: It was ok. Many things need to be addressed though. Could use updating. Shower faucet, back of bathroom door delaminating, bugs/spiders(dead but still there) Had fun at the bar with Scott and Joe. Really need to pay more attention to the small details…

Summary: I enjoyed a quiet stay at Cedar Shores during the off season, late September. I loved the outdoor space with seating to enjoy the scenic views. After a day of traveling it was a comfortable stay.
