Positive: Cleaning staff was overwhelmed, but helpful.
Negative: We checked in at 3:00 and when we go to our room, the door was ajar and realized the room had not been cleaned yet. We found the cleaner in another room, and she was very kind. She apologized and said they had a lot of check outs and told us she would try to have it cleaned in 30 - 45 minutes. We appreciated her. However, we went into our room, watched TV for 30 minutes, and then got a pop-up message saying it was trying to reconnect. The television did not work for the rest of our 2-night stay. I have unlimited data and do not use that much, so I had no issues, but my son said he could not connect to the wi-fi.
Summary: Affordable self-check-in hotel in the area where we wanted to stay, but with some technical issues.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious and provided with amenities like fridge and microwave. I also like the lounge facilities where I was able to work. Location is near bus stop and almost 10mins walk to the subway.
Negative: Since it is self check in, you have to wait until 3pm. So if you are coming earlier than that you can leave your stuff in the common area and come back at 3 pm.
Summary: Comfortable and clean. Near pubic transportation.

Positive: Good location. Nice lounge zone on the rooftop.
Negative: When we checked in, the air conditioner in the room was turned on and the remote control for it didn’t turn it off. We tried all buttons and pointed it right to the conditioner. We made a request about wrongly working air conditioner on the website which is the connection between you and the staff. But there were no option to write a comment about malfunction. And there was no status for the request on the website. By the way, remote started working after taking off the batteries and put them on again. But the batteries were sticky and dirty. We got cold figuring this out after getting here sweaty after the walk to the hotel in the heat.
