Summary: I didn't bring this to staff attention. I think the housekeeper must have been called away from cleaning my room because the garbage bag was on the TV stand with the extra roll of bags setting beside it and the clean towels sitting on the counter in the bathroom. Otherwise, this is a quiet, great place!

Summary: Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great location, staff, and all around experience. Definitely my favorite hotel in The Dalles
