Positive: The good: friendly staff, good breakfast, good size room The bad: room very hot (in April, so not a hot time of year), fan on Aircon quite weak and you can't control the temp from your room, so have to go to reception and negotiate to get the temp you want. Even with A/C set to 16, it was still around 23. Cleanliness also an issue, particularly in the bathroom. Had I been staying longer than 2 nights, I'd have cancelled and looked elsewhere.
Summary: Passable for a couple of nights if you're not fussy.

Positive: Really nice hotel in a quiet location with a lovely breakfast room. Room was spacious, equipped with good amenities, and very quiet. Lovely, expansive breakfast.
Negative: Rain shower head wasn’t operational as it sprayed out of the pipe joint rather than the head itself, but luckily there was also a handheld wand we could use instead. TV wasn’t the easiest to use, and took some figuring out to get it working. Minor inconveniences overall, and didn’t overly detract from our experience.

Positive: Very nice hotel, friendly staff.
Negative: Wish the hotel could have communicated that the only road to access the hotel was impassible due to road construction and that you have to walk in from a block away. We drove around in circles trying to find another way to drive to the hotel, and after Google taking us down a farmers field behind the hotel, we eventually realized there was no road access. Also since Ephesus opens at 8am, would be nice if breakfast was offered earlier for those wanting to go.

Positive: The room was spacious with an excellent view from the balcony. Parking is convenient and the hotel is a short drive to Ephesus. Breakfast choices were limited but good.
Negative: The area of the shower enclosure above the tiled walls were black with mould, as were the floor tile grout joints adjacent to the shower. Temperature in the room was controlled by the front desk. We asked twice to turn the AC up/on in our room to lower the temperature because it was too warm and uncomfortable. No change was made.
Summary: Because of the mould in the bathroom and the lack of AC in our room I would not recommend this hotel
