Negative: Very poor check in. Staff couldn’t be bothered to answer phone( 3 staff) and it took use 1 hour to find the office. No one bothered to tell us there was a knack of opening the door so we were on the phone for another 10 minutes before we could get in. The apartment was not clean and the bed was very uncomfortable so we had a bad night’s sleep.
Summary: Would never stay again. This is the first time I’ve ever done a bad review.

Positive: The setting was beautiful, the hot tub was a real highlight and everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Towels, including kitchen towels, tea bags, sugar, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, BBQ coals, fire lighters, logs and kindling …all there ready. We were also welcomed by a lovely welcome basket of fresh local milk, eggs, Prosecco, crisps and Welsh cakes, really nice touch! Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.
Negative: I’d struggle to think of anything in all honesty.
Summary: Peace, tranquillity and comfort, superb accommodation!

Positive: Peace, tranquil. Log cabin had everything you needed gorgeous inside and out. Welcome basket and flowers was so thoughtful.
