Positive: It’s located above pererenan canggu and below tanah lot. It’s quite away from the crowd but it’s perfectly what we’re looking for.

Positive: The residence is a couple of meters away from the beach. Everything is new and fresh since it’s newly built. The bathtub felt luxurious. It’s really fantastic value for money! It’s a bit further away from all the business of Canggu which is very welcome!

Negative: The construction surrounding the place is a bit much but you only see and hear it when you leave your room

Summary: The residence is beautiful and Wayan was so friendly and accommodating.

Positive: Even though there was some work being done on building villas the site was still quiet. Excellent value for money and a great location.

Negative: Had an issue with the internet not working, but it was not the hotels issue, as a neighbour had accidentally cut the line. Was fixed promptly on the Monday.

Positive: The place was amazing, really new construction, and literally next to the beach. The family that runs the place are incredibly nice and they helped me with everything I needed. Rooms are spacious and clean. It was just a shame the pool was under maintenance. The location is very quiet, far from all the noise of the center, so for moving around it is easier to rent a scooter. Definitely will recommend this place!

Positive: All is new - fresh & clean Bed very comfortable Even around are quite some constuctins in the room is quiet you can hear the ocean while you are laying in bed 🛌

Negative: Reception is in construction / wifi not working / no chance to get drinking water(only to small bottles included) / they should install a water filter to safe the environment - no shops around - bring what you need

Positive: I loved just about everything about this place. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, friendly, helpful staff, spacious modern rooms and bathroom, especially the separate bathtub that being tall, I fit in and not have my knees to my chest. Lots of room for luggage storage/clothes with separate shower also. Large balcony with table and chairs, and lengthy swimming pool below with some lounge chairs. Nice amenities Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush/paste, shower caps, and Slippers and tea kettle were a big bonus. It was also pretty quiet, considering construction nearby, but couldn’t really hear it enough to bother me. (I’m sound sensitive too) Construction is everywhere and unavoidable in Bali, but I was able to have peaceful naps in the afternoon. I felt like i could live there , if there was a good surf spot closer by. There was also a great beach warung a nice walk down the beach a bit with great music and reasonable priced yummy food, and nice crowd at sunset with plenty of beanbags to meet with friends.

Negative: Challenging to find, because Grab GPS and google maps had some discrepancies; when I finally checked the Booking.com directions we were able to find it after 3 wrong turns. The phone number wasn’t working which was a little stressful, thinking it might be a scam. Thank heavens it was worth the hunt. I wish there was a closer surf spot nearby, but I was able to swim over by Seseh beach. I also wish there was a convenience store closer. So far, there aren’t many options for restaurants nearby either, but can order from Gojek or Grab no problem. The balcony isn’t very private because you can see all the way down other rooms balconies but I lucked out never seeing anyone else on theirs.

Summary: I love Cemagi Residence, it’s a very nice place to have a relaxing getaway. Wayan and his staff are very friendly.I high
