Positive: Everything! From the staff to the food, the fire pit in the bar, the heated pool/jacuzzi, the shuttle service, the rooms and the views. Honestly can’t fault this hotel! 10/10 would highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back.
Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like

Positive: Everything they did was up to par with what you'd expect at that price point. The fact that they were all friendly and talkative is a plus, in some cases they would reach out asking to make your stay even better, which are the two reasons for rating them a great value for your money.
Negative: My stay with them was as pleasant as ever, minor inconveniences didn't bother me since they keep making sure all my wants are fulfilled.
Summary: Thanks to the family who owns and works the property, these guys are exceptional.

Positive: We were there in September (no snow out of ski season) The rooms were very spacious and well laid out. The balcony areas were nice with comfortable seating outside so if it is bad weather you could spend the day there. The views are really good. The pool area is very modern with a very nice outside hottub area and inside and outside seating on comfy loungers. The overall location is good but it's out of the main town so ideally you need a car (which we had). They also provide a free bus pass to take you to other towns. Staff were friendly and accommodating and gave great recommendations for walks and best places to avoid busy queues. Breakfast was nice with lots of options and freshly made crepes. For skiing you would be right on the slopes.
Negative: The layout of the hotel is strange. There is an old bit in the middle with two new and modern 'wings' added to it. One has the pool and the other has the rooms with the breakfast room. The modern parts are nice. The 'old' part is the main restaurant which looks out of place and not that nice. The evening meals can be booked in advance for roughly 25 euros a day which sounds cheap. For that you get 4 courses (a choice from 3 for each course) on a.menu that changes each day and a salad bar. The salad bar is nice but the other food is trying too hard to be fancy and often doesn't work. I would say maybe 1 course per day is good. Among other guests, we would recommend simplifying the menu as on the first night there was a melanzane on the salad bar that was really good would have rather had that than any of the actual courses that night. As the hotel is up and out of the town, you can't walk in and that means that it isn't easy to go out for food in the evening somewhere else. There was no air conditioning, and due to being on the ground floor, we couldn't have the door open.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cendevaves Alpine Silence Hotel. Our room was absolutely stunning. Having a private sauna inside and a jacuzzi outside felt like pure luxury, especially after a long hike or a day of biking in the mountains. The dinners were exceptional – three evenings, and not a single dish repeated. Every meal was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant is located in the old part of the building, but that only adds charm; the quality of the food more than speaks for itself. Breakfasts were classic and delicious, served in the new part of the hotel with breathtaking mountain views. Everything there feels new, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We even had a tap with mountain spring water right in the room – it tasted amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. And finally, the location couldn’t be better: direct access to hiking trails, close to the e-bike rental and the cable car. This was one of the best vacation we’ve ever had!

The hotel itself is small and intimate, which adds to its charm, but everything about it reflects a very high standard — from the beautiful interior design to the thoughtful little details that make a real difference. Our room was not only stylish and cozy, but it even had a dedicated tap with fresh, filtered drinking water — such a rare and welcome touch.
