Positive: Hotel was in a secluded area which we liked. Staff were exceptional especially Mam, Jeab and Aon. They made our stay very enjoyable.
Negative: Maybe the bathrooms and jacuzzi could do with a little bit updating.

Negative: Over 200 steps from beach/food to reception. Mattress needs to be turned every couple weeks bed was huge but uncomfortable Lots of paint on vanitys Hair not ours all around door frames outside Grout in pool needs a good scrub was green also alot missing so very rough in places Staff very friendly but say yes when they have no idea what your talking about. Get early for breakfast because they don't top it up if it runs out. For what we paid it should of been better.

Negative: Further away from markets and outside restaurants Though they have a Tops daily and 7 Eleven at walking distance.

Positive: Great location-ocean view-villas with Jacuzzi and/or swimming pool-beautiful private sand beach-garden and 3 pools- great staff -breakfast on the beach-fitness and spa Safe, minibar, Coffee, tea, free drinking water, walk-in shower, amneties everything we asked for was immediately taken care of
Negative: Were not informed of swimming pool maintenance (10 days) when booking.
Summary: Excellent stay. Staff was very kind and always helpful.
