Summary: House was great. Lots of room. Was perfect for adults, not too many bunk beds or single beds, that adults do not want to sleep in. Close to strip and easy drive to most of the wineries. Perfect for large group we had 11 adults and still had extra rooms. Has everything you could need!

Summary: The house is great for large groups, sleeps 20 easily. The house is also perfectly located on the strip of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Perfect for parties and there is a large fire place. The time of the year we went it was cold at night, the house doesn’t have central heat and the heated are gas controlled with an open flame and risk CO exposure if not done right, we did not feel comfortable lighting these. Also the midges were all over the outside of the house and hundreds got inside. One of the guests left because of this. It rained the last night we were there and the attic ceiling started leaking in one of the other guests rooms. The house is old and needs some updating. Additionally there were decorations left in places in the house from a previous party that the cleaning people missed and weren’t exactly appropriate for kids so hopefully those are removed before a big family party. Otherwise we had a great time!

Summary: Perfect fall get away. Enjoyed the strip, shopping, good food, and sitting around the fire pit with friends and dressing up in Halloween costumes and going to see the bands at the clubs. House was in a perfect location at the center of town. We did some cooking and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils available. Would rent again.

Summary: Great place! Right in the middle of everything GoTL has to offer. Big house with a lot of room! Fire pit and unlimited firewood was a hit. Stayed here twice and had a blast!

Summary: The fire pit was a popular place to hang out every night. Great ole home to hang out with friends and/or family. We all felt there should be mattress upgrades on many of the beds and the carpet on the steep top floor stairs needs to be replaced - a few exposed staples caused some minor skin injuries during our stay.

Summary: My family and I have stayed at The Colonial several times and each time has really been amazing. The house is clean, roomy and comfortable and its in the best location, on the strip and literally within walking distance to everything! We especially love the large kitchen, dining room and front porch. Its so nice to have the space for all of us to eat together and we also enjoy sitting around the fire pit at night. Huge pluses are the beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms and the communication with the property manager. We are already looking forward to next year at The Colonial!!!
