Summary: This is a beautiful and well-furnished unit, with great views of Waikiki. Joshua, our host, responded in a timely manner to our messages. He was extremely well-organized, such that check-in and check-out procedures went very smoothly. The unit was housed in a comfortable and spacious facility with modern amenities. We liked that it is a short walk to Waikiki Beach (beach chairs and beach towels are in the unit), with lots of dining and other amenities close by. It is also located close to major thoroughfares for easy access for driving across town or anywhere on the island. There is a Safeway close by for stocking up if you wish to cook your own meals. This facility also provides access to a four gas grills and outdoor picnic tables on the 6th floor near the pool if you want to do any of your own grilling, which we enjoyed as well.

Summary: Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, but was very disappointed that we were not notified that the pool/jacuzzi area was going to temporarily closed for maintenance our ENTIRE trip. This was one of the big reasons we book this Vrbo. Also, the trash chute was not operational so we had to walk our trash down everyday.Overall, the host and room was exceptional! The view was amazing and the location was extremely convenient. The host left complimentary snacks and waters for us, and the medicine cabinet was stocked! I don't know what coffee they provided, but I wish I could take some of it home. So delicious! Some inconveniences on the hotel aspect, but a big plus was 24 hour laundromat and late night convenient store located on site. And security was amazing. We wish there was complimentary parking. The parking that we did purchase through Island Colony was convenient and saved us some money. We did have problems where unauthorized cars parked in our spot, but management addressed the issue and accommodated us.

Summary: It's not quite as nice as it seems in the picture, and the staff at check-in or a little bit rude. But if you want to stay in a place where the host is very responsive and helpful this is the place for you. I really appreciated how quickly Josh got back to me when I messaged him. Location is great if you want to stay in Waikiki but don't want to pay beachfront prices.

Summary: We had a good stay at this rental home. The home description was accurate and this review is based upon that description. Our family of 2 adults and 2 adult children stayed here for 3 nights. The price was reasonable considering hotel prices in the area. The rental home is comparable to a 1 bedroom suite with 2 pullout beds. Both kids found the pullout beds comfortable. The queen bed was also comfortable. The master bedroom is small, however the closet is spacious if to store suitcases after items are stored in the small dresser. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled. We found the vanity drawers in the bathroom very convenient to store our items as the counter space was limited. The home has a small kitchen. We did not cook, but did use some dishes and the coffee maker. We appreciated having coffee supplies as well as snacks provided by Josh! Parking was convenient, but not included. We found it was best to park on higher levels of the parking garage since parking spaces were very tight. We did not have a chance to use the pool or laundry on the 6th floor, but it looked very nice. We also did not use the beach chairs, but appreciated that they were available for use! The beach towels looked brand new. The home is within walking distance to Waikiki beach, and our favorite restaurant, Marugame Udon. The lanai is nice with a couch and 2 chairs. Nice views of the beach and the Ali Wai canal can be seen from the lanai. Checkin and out was easy

Summary: The property manager was fantastic to correspond with and allowed us to check our bags into the suite early before check-in while we enjoyed the beach so that we weren’t hanging onto them. The suite was very clean, very cute and well decorated, and extremely comfortable. The deck off of the master bedroom was a phenomenal addition And looking out on the city in the waterway was absolutely stunning in the evenings. The walk to the beach is a very easy 10 minute walk. The suite came with shade umbrellas for the beach, chairs, pool towels. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a small cooler for the beach. The location of the suite was great for walking to restaurants and pubs in addition to the beach as well as shopping! I would highly recommend this sweet to families or adults. The pool area was very large, big pool, lots of cooking barbecues you choose to go that route as well as laundry.
