Summary: Love the location to the trials. The town was amazing. The house is small but for two people it was cozy. I would recommend a queen size bed in one of the rooms. My wife and I had to sleep on the bottom of a bunk bed. Although we knew this going in it was the best sleeping experience. All in all the place was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: Cabin was very clean and convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. I brought 6 college students on a field trip to see the elk and also do some hiking. We were very comfortable in the cabin and everyone had a great time.

Summary: This cabin was perfect for our family to stay at while exploring the upper Buffalo National River. The location is convenient to a number of hiking trails and the village of Ponca, and river access points are also nearby. The cabin was very clean with recent updates throughout, and the host was very good about communicating to answer my questions. We also took advantage of the outdoor fire pit - a nice feature!

Summary: This house is perfect for those who want to spend most of their day on the hiking trail or floating the river. Pros: Very close to all the best places to hike (literally within eyesight of the Centerpoint Trail). Easy access to the highway. Bunk beds for the kids. Good wifi to look at your GPS maps. Nice grill to cook out. Great responsiveness from the owners. And the PRICE WAS FANTASTIC--we saved about $1,000 compared to where we usually stay. Cons: Not the place for sitting/relaxing at home--porch isn't covered (lots of bugs) and the living space is small. If you're looking to enjoy sitting around the house or porch, this isn't for you. But, if you're there for the adventure of hiking, floating, swimming, and the outdoors, this is perfect!

Summary: The cabin was great for our family and two little dogs. The large deck is a plus. It is stocked with kitchen supplies, linens and towels. It even has a washer and dryer. The cabin is located only a few minutes from the buffalo river, hiking trails, elk viewing area and the BOC. We enjoyed the zip lining through the BOC. The river was too low to float but we're able to paddle around in our kayaks and swim. It was neat to see the Elk in the evenings. The hike to Whitaker point was nice and the view was beautiful.

Summary: With one bathroom it was a little tight for our group, but it was nice to have dry place to stay and a functional kitchen. There was also a noticeable odor in one of the bedrooms we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Overall it was tidy and a nice place for our group to sleep before going floating the next day.
