Summary: As the name suggests, this cozy B&B is literally 100 steps from the Duomo. Host Gianfranco took pains to make sure we had plenty of recommendations for dining in Arezzo and the 3 we tried were all terrific, especially Cavour 42. Museums and the Medici Fortress are a short walk away.

Summary: This was our first ever stay in Italy, and it was such a good one. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious. It is obvious the care the hosts take to provide the pretty and useful details to this place. The BnB is located right in the centre of town, less than five minutes from the main square and the Basilica, and about 12 minute walk to the Arezzo train station. The town is a beautiful hidden gem. 10/10 recommend this place to stay. We had an amazing time.

Summary: Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good. Feels secluded and safe with things to do nearby. Host was friendly and very nice! A great hidden gem in Arezzo, highly recommend!!
