Negative: There was no elevator, which is “normal” for france. But just a good to know.

Negative: Everything! First, I felt like I was in a Third World country. I heard all night were a little mopeds flying around and the shower was so small and the water you couldn’t wash yourself properly. The spare bed had no sheet so my son had to sleep all night with no sheets. He had to use his sweatshirt as a blanket.
Summary: Horrible hotel! I felt like I stayed the night in Haiti or Beirut very unsafe area, and shady people outside of hotel

Positive: The property has a nice feel to it and I liked my room. There are no elevators though so it was 3 flights of stairs every time which I think is important to consider before booking.
Negative: There are no elevators.

Positive: Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in restaurant was very good. Open air dining area for breakfast and gathering of friends.
Negative: Not adequate place to hang clothing. Other rooms had a clothes tree. Hard to avoid shower water getting on floor.

Positive: There are lots of steps and that wasn’t disclosed while making g reservation. There also was a really funky smell in our suite, not a good one. The restaurant was lovely though and our dinner was wonderful.
Negative: Funky smell in room and to many steps.

Positive: Good central location in Marigot. Easy to access by foot and car. The central courtyard of the hotel is quiet and really a nice place to rest.
Negative: No ventilation in Bathroom. I found the staff not very helpful and I had to wait for my room to be ready more than 1 hour after check-in time listed in the booking confirmation.
