Summary: The home was nice well kept, but the temperature was unbearable. We were a group of 40 plus year old women, 2 of which are current cancer patients. The house was so hot and you cant adjust the thermostat it was set at 79. The upstairs was way warmer. There were small fans in the upstairs bedrooms but they were not sufficient. Downstairs there was no fans. It was warmer inside than outside this morning. We had no breeze so windows were no help. There was also no trash can in the downstairs bathroom which wasn’t convenient. There was also no care instructions for clean up. We just did what we assumed was right. Nice house but in the summer be ready for the warm temperatures

Summary: We had great communication from the owner. Small issues with cleanliness and the door handle in the bathroom which the owner will address. Great location close to OSU and a grocery store.
