Summary: Overall I would give this property a 5 rating, but must list the pros and cons. Pros: Excellent communication with the host. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. Great theater room. Perfect home for large family get-away. Close to restaurants, shops and interstate. Wonderful backyard with lots of space to relax and for kids to play. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary items for your stay. Plenty of room for dining inside or outside. Ample family space. Cons: Guest room with queen bed upstairs is very warm at night even though the temperature outside wasn't hot yet. The host did say she will have A/C repairman look at unit. Some general maintenance/upkeep needs to be done inside and outside the house, but it shouldn't impact your stay. Young children must be watched at all times due to steep stairs inside the house and with the pool right outside.

Summary: This was an excellent property that looked exactly like the photos, down to the artwork hanging in the bathroom. We were very comfortable the entire trip. Communication with the host was superior and we were allowed an early check in, which was much appreciated and made travel plans that much easier.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I could say is that the house is in need of a good deep cleaning and there are some maintenance issues that need addressed. There was a broken doorknob, broken toilet seat, my son sat on one of the beds upstairs and he went right through it because the slats were on the floor. We put the slats back on and it was fine, but he was afraid to sleep in the bed after that so he slept in the recliner in the movie room! lol Sound proofing boxes on the wall upstairs were falling off the wall, etc. None of these issues were a huge deal and we still enjoyed our stay. We would still stay here again. The owner was very responsive to any issues or questions that I had. A storm came through and blew part of the privacy fence down and she had someone there 2 days later fixing it. She was very nice in our communications and pleasant to deal with.

Summary: This home was amazing. The master bathroom was phenomenal. There was a theater room that was awesome as well. The only thing I can think was that one bedroom (not master or the one with twins) has an uncomfortable bed. Other than that it was perfect.

Summary: Recovered here for a week with my family after having surgery. Overall it was a great place for me to rest while my husband entertained my kids with the pool and theater room. Cleanliness and maintanence needs to improve slightly. But overall though, it was just what we needed👍🏼👍🏼
