Positive: The location is great, close to the station and the center.
Negative: The cleanliness left much to be desired. The room contained trash left under the bed by previous guests, an empty bottle and an ice cream wrapper, and a lot of crumbs. There were stains and dirty spots in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. A disgusting and worn-out dish sponge. A burnt tangle of hair was stuck to the hairdryer. The toilet was okay, fairly clean, but after a shower, the entire floor was covered in water. If that doesn't bother you, it's fine. The plus side was that it dried relatively quickly. There weren't enough towels and toilet paper. The bedding was relatively clean.

Positive: Very conveniently located, easy check in. Comfortable nights sleep.
Negative: Shower not very powerful and kitchen poorly stocked. We cooked and realised we had no cutlery.

Positive: I think that the location was very optimal as it is close to the train station, city center, groceries etc. The washing machine facilities included within the building works efficiently and was great.
Negative: The internet was very bad, I was unable to load videos or even do some work. I ended up using my 5G Hotspot from my phone to use my other devices, if you do not have an unlimited plan and use a lot of internet I would not suggest this place because the internet for me personally was not sufficient and I was not using any heavy programs or sites.
Summary: It was what I was expecting and was okay.
