Separate whole ground floor apartment in a Heritage 2-listed house in central Devonport. Recently renovated to a high standard including brand new, luxurious carpet and furnishings. Quiet street few minutes easy walk to village, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and ferry terminal. The ferry takes 12 minutes to get to the city. Thirty minutes to Waiheke Island in our stunning gulf. The apartment has a separate entrance, full use of charming garden, pretty courtyard where you can sit and sip a coffee or a wine and listen to the birds. A bbq is available. Free unlimited wifi, TV, and Netflix for your use. Your bathroom is large with a separate shower and an Engelfield bath. There is a laundry with an auto washing machine and laundry tub. Your dressing room has a chest of drawers and a hand-made wooden clothes rack and hangers for your clothes, a storage cupboard for suitcases or anything else you may have. The bedroom is sunny and has a brand new top of the range queen-sized bed made up with 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton linen. Towels, hand soap, shower gel are supplied. Beach towels, too. Cheltenham Beach – one of the loveliest beaches in Auckland -- is an easy 15 minute walk away. Or wander down to the waterfront and have a dip at Torpedo Bay. The Naval Base is on the waterfront, also. Climb Mt Victoria for spectacular views of the harbour and islands of the gulf. Explore North Head's tunnels and have a picnic as you watch yachts sail by.

Summary: We had a conference at North Shore hospital and wanted to stay near, but not too near. This place was the perfect location. Comfortable bed, superb linen, lots of space in the apartment. Recommend it!

Summary: This was a quiet spot overlooking the garden, within easy walk of the shops and ferry. We enjoyed sitting in the garden, and the washing machine was extremely useful, also great bathroom and bed, Deirdre was very kind and we appreciated our restful time here

Summary: A charming haven opening onto a pretty, private garden. Ideally located close to the village shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and links to public transport, including the ferry wharf to the city centre. Nicely furnished with everything included for a very comfortable stay.

Summary: We recently stayed at Belle for just short of two weeks and could not recommend it more. Deirdre was brilliant with us and communicating with us from the get go, especially booking from another country she made the process simple. The home is beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The pictures do not do it justice, and the bathroom was beautiful too. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend. Summary: This is an amazing apartment. Large feeling of space,for one or two & ample facilities. Close to public transport and supermarket. The little thoughtful touches Deidre added and the attention to detail was much appreciated. The decor was gorgeous. I cannot remember when I last enjoyed a stay so much. Nothing was too much trouble and the bath as well as a shower was a dream come true. I am sure this property is going to be in high demand and would love to stay here again.
