Centrally located, spacious and serene, Central Estate is a large house which boasts a panoramic view of the Gold Coast hinterland and coastline stretching from northern NSW to South Stradbroke Island. Free in-house electric vehicle charging and plenty of car parking on the property. The ground floor features a kitchen which opens to a large living area and deck, taking advantage of the panoramic view. Accessible by a floating wooden staircase, the entire upstairs level features the master bedroom suite, with ensuite bathroom and private, covered balcony looking out to the breathtaking view. In the gardens surrounding the house, a running creek flows gently past a large flowering tree with rope swing. The property features an abundance of citrus trees including orange, lemon, mandarin, and lime.
The bedding configurations is as per the following depending on the number of guests staying at the home:
4 guests - 2 x king beds & 3 x bathrooms
5-6 guests - 2 x king beds, 2 x single beds & 3 bathrooms
7-8 guests - 2 x king beds, 4 x single beds & 3 bathrooms
9-10 guests - 2 x king beds, 6 x single beds & 4 bathrooms.
The property is not fully fenced in, so children should be supervised at all times. There is also a running creek along the border of the garden. We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system. Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
Please note: the inside gas fireplace does not currently work. The split system heating is working as an alternative option for heating in the lounge/dining area.
