Positive: We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment with a bathtub, bigger kitchen and extra bedroom. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very central location with the ski bus right in front of the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: The WiFi wasn’t working very well

Positive: - Comfortable and Cool Apartment - very clean and good price - they prived filzmoos summer card that is very good and save some money - Free Parking but not in front of the apartment 100m waking not too far - I liked the location, it is close to the center and almost everything

Negative: The check-in process was unclear. I arrived at the address and contacted the owners. There was no response. I waited 10 minutes and than I asked around at the shop next to the apartment. They said I had to ring the bell and the owners would come , I wish that was mentioned in the message
