Positive: The property was very close to the town you were in the centre of it but you couldn’t hear the noise Easy Access in and out also very clean I would also have to save thank you to the owners for allowing us to use the kayo as I had taken my iPad, I am a die hard Melbourne storm supporter and I don’t like to miss a game so that was much appreciated. I could also watch the Grand Prix.
Negative: It is very small. I would’ve liked to have had a couple more tea towels and dish cloths
Summary: We come to Warrnambool quite a lot. Will return here again will be my go to place would recommend anybody to stay there.

Positive: Property was very modern and exceptionally clean. We loved the addition of all the small things - board games, parking permit, extra blankets, toys and equipment for babies and toddlers (even though our children are older), books to read, stock of essential items like coffee, oil, shampoo, body cream and body wash. The location was terrific - opposite a good cafe, and 2 mins drive from the beach. Supermarkets and retail shops only a few minutes drive by car. Good blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom! Excellent cupboard space. Great outdoor area with pristine BBQ. Very quiet, no noise whatsoever at any time of day. Would come back and stay again! Highly, highly recommend!
Negative: Towels a bit thin, but that’s the same everywhere you go, nothing unusual. Dishwasher, but no dishwashing powder (a minor oversight), and extra rubbish bin bags would have been appreciated. Very, very minor complaints! Also, not 100% clear on how to get into the front door - but was immediately clarified by owners. Beds a bit hard, but that’s just me - nothing unusual. Thanks for a really excellent stay!

Positive: This accommodation is perfectly situated in the middle of Warrnambool town. It's opposite an excellent bakery and close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the cinema. It has very comfortable beds and loungeroom seating. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The water pressure is very good and there is a nice covered seating area outside. The owners were friendly and obliging.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: The property was very clean. It had a very new feel to it, and was comfortable in every aspect. A short walk to the bustling township and cafe scene, and just a bit further to the lively foreshore and beach. The host was very communicative and friendly. Access was really easy. We just lived it there as a 60-something husband and wife with their elderly mother. We will come again!
