Summary: Located on a quiet street near a beautiful historic area but also within walking distance to all amenities this property was the perfect choice for me!

Summary: The property was just as described and was the perfect place for just needing a place to sleep close to Vancouver. There is some noise from upstairs but they were very quiet after 10 pm and very quiet in the mornings.

Summary: I really enjoyed staying here. Cozy place for sure. Close to everything pretty much, and it was solid place to stay and I'd stay here again for sure

Summary: The apartment was very clean, most important to us. The ad states that the apartment includes a bed in the bedroom and one in the living room and a kitchen. However, the bathroom is not in the apartment and sits off the shared laundry room. The bathroom has an extremely low ceiling and has a steep step to enter and exit. The apartment is in the basement of the owners' home. Two small children live upstairs with their parents. Any noise they make can be heard from the apartment; anyone walking upstairs, children's toys across the floor, young ones screaming, etc. until 10pm and after 8 am. The homeowner was drying noisy laundry until midnight on Saturday night. We suggest to the owners that in the future they plug in the refrigerator several hours before guests arrive and not wait until they arrive. Our food and drinks had to remain in our cooler after a 10 hour drive. The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, and convenient location near the skytrain. The kitchen has no condiments, but is supplied with nice pots and pans and induction hot plate.

Summary: My stay was very comfortable, it was a long stay, and the house was comfortable and clean. I was able to get to transit in no time, with lots of options.
